Here's how HR Technologies are optimising employee performance - Express Computer
As much as many companies seemingly view their Human Resource department as an obligatory expenditure, the fact of the matter is that good HR management is a significant determinant of the long-run success or failure of the organisation. When properly utilised, a modern Human Resource department can add substantial value to its company by recruiting only the most qualified candidates and retaining them once they've been hired. While the basic objectives of HR like talent acquisition, retention, optimising productivity, and securing employee welfare, remain unchanged, the tactics employed have evolved considerably over the last few years especially given the rapid advancements in technology. Technology has advanced to the point where it's not merely shaping how the workforce operates, but what constitutes the workforce itself. HR is being pushed into a much larger role which entails helping their respective organisations go digital.

Three Ways Automation Will Transform HR In 2020
"Why your next job interview will be with a robot." These are the sort of attention-grabbing headlines that spark panic in job seekers and HR professionals alike. With the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), are we all just one robot away from being out of a job? Probably not -- although there's no doubt we're heading toward a more automated future and a transformed workplace. Automation offers benefits beyond payroll and time tracking.
Workplace Automation: How AI Affects Employee Performance?
The working capacity of employees definitely depends on the training provided to them. AI provides you with a new horizon to discover new forms of technology for better training. For instance, you can use AI powered gadgets that provide practical knowledge to your employees. A simple example of using AI for training is utilizing high-quality audios and videos. You can utilize AI to make the training process more impactful and enjoyable.
Artificial Intelligence Boosts Employee Performance
Technology tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and cloud-based analytics platforms, along with aggregated "big data" organized into informational dashboards, may have cracked the code for improving worker productivity. Data about how employees work and behave can be analyzed, predicted and subsequently used to drive decisions to allocate resources, monitor performance and make the workplace better. These solutions have evolved to shape the way workers work. Vadim Tabakman is the "technical evangelist" at Nintex, a Bellevue, Wash., firm providing end-to-end process management and workflow automation. He said AI and ML are used in many ways to improve performance by learning employee work patterns and habits.

Is Artificial Intelligence the Ultimate Alchemy for HR Managers?
Can those memories serve to enhance retention of learnings and help-built connections or patterns we could not do in a conscious state? What is also intriguing is the work being done in projects like "Deep Dream" which uses a convolutional neural network to find and enhance patterns in images via algorithmic pareidolia, thus creating a dream-like hallucinogenic appearance in the deliberately over-processed images. We may indeed be in the cusp of the "next big thing". But this is not new, AI pretty much has been at the forefront of all major conversations pertaining to technology over the past few years. From self-driving cars to intuitive virtual assistants, AI has been turning every science-fiction trope into reality.
